Recent Developments in Compute Simulation Studies in Condensed Matter Physics

February 23-27, 2009

Participants are welcome for part or all of this week, but full week attendance is encouraged.
Access to the UGA computing facilities will be provided.
You can go ahead and complete the registration form and send Linda your travel information by February 1, 2009.

The workshop registration fee ($100) should be paid the first day you attend the workshop.

- The student registration fee ($25 – no proceedings), should be pd. at that time also.

- The registration fee should be paid in cash or personal US check; no EuroChecks or Credit Cards.

- from the Atlanta Airport, please check the on-line schedule for the AAA Airport Express

(www.aaaairportexpress.com) before making your airline flight arrangements; to coordinate your flight and shuttle schedules.

- from the Athens Airport, you can either take a taxi, which charges the standard local costs or

take the Holiday Inn Express van at no additional charge. The taxi requires no advance

arrangements, but the hotel van does require your contacting them in advance (706-546-8122)

about your arrival date and time.

Accommodations will again be at the Holiday Inn Express; rate of $76.00 plus tax per night.

- Roommates: we do not assign roommates; it is your responsibility to provide this info. to us.

- Linda will make the group reservations with a deadline of the first week of February 2009.
